Alois Kober erlernte den Beruf des Fleischers und arbeitete in verschiedenen angesehenen Betrieben. Nach 35 Jahren an Erfahrung und einer Planungszeit von ca. 1 ½ Jahren konnte er seinen Betrieb im Mai 2012 am Takernberg eröffnen. Es wird strikt nach alter Tradition produziert. Das Geselchte wird handgesalzen. Sein Wurstsortiment umfasst viele Sorten und dauch hier wird auf echtes HANDwerk und traditionelles Wissen wert gelegt
